Effective January 2022, the previous IGA team in Atlas will be replaced with four teams to better separate access related issues.
Note: This team was previously called IAM (Identity Access Management) in Cherwell.
Use the below list to route tickets appropriately:
- OIT Dx IGA eCAT
- Issues/assistance with eCAT system
- Access-related issues (except Galaxy)
- OIT Dx IGA PeopleSoft
- Issues with accessing/navigating Galaxy/Orion/Gemini
- Requesting access to Galaxy/Orion/Gemini
- OIT Dx IGA NetID
- Issues with MIM
- Password reset issues
- Service Level Issues
- Any other IGA issues (not in another category)
- OIT Dx IGA SSO
- Requesting SSO (single sign on) on a service/application
- Updating/changing SSO on a service/application
