Purpose
The article gives you information about which dial pad a user should use for making calls vs menu navigation on a current call. There are two dial pads in the Microsoft Teams application for desktop users:
The first one is in the Calls tab meant for initiating phone calls, as shown in the picture below
The second dial pad is accessible from the dial pad icon on the ribbon for a user during an ongoing call. It is used for automated menu navigation during a call.
