Atlas technician access is reserved for department personnel that are tasked with reviewing and processing submitted tickets in Atlas.
Details
The easiest way to request Atlas technician access is to submit an Atlas request using the Request Atlas Access service offering on the Atlas service page.
Note: If you prefer to submit an IT Resource request, please make sure you specify "Atlas Technician Access" on your request. There are no pre-defined options to select for Atlas access. You must spell it out, otherwise, no Atlas access will be granted.
