Objective
This article walks users through the steps needed to collaborate with others on MS Forms.
Steps
Go to
Forms
.
You can now find the created Forms in the
Recent
tab. Click on the Form you would like to collaborate on.
Click on the
three dots (...)
present in the top right corner.
From the given options, select
Collaborate
or
Duplicate
.
Under Add collaborators, Click on
Share the link to collaborate and view results
option. Here, you may select your Forms access restrictions using the dropdown that says, “Specific people...” Options include “Anyone...” (both inside and outside of UT Dallas access), “People...” (only inside UT Dallas access), or “Specific people...” (only certain people at UT Dallas have access).
Once you select your preference, you will see a text box “Enter a name, group, or email address”. This option allows you to directly type who you want to gain access to the Form as a Collaborator. If you would rather share a link instead of typing in the text box, you can click the “Copy” button and share as needed. (Note: all access to the Form will have to abide by the access restriction you selected in the previous step.)
You can now click on the drop-down to select the collaborators from these options.
