How to Enable Pronouns on your Microsoft 365 Teams Profile

Context

Microsoft 365 has support for adding pronouns to your Microsoft 365 Teams Profile (accessible to everyone). Here is the information from Microsoft on pronouns support.

Setting Pronouns in New Teams

  1. Open New Teams or log into New Teams on Edge, Chrome, or Safari browsers.
  2. Click on your user icon on the top right corner of the main window.
  3. Hover over your name and you will see view your profile, click on that option.


     
  4. Click on + Pronouns.


     
  5. Enter you preferred pronouns or select from the examples, then click Save.




  6. You are all finished and your profile is be updated.
