How can I report a problem with Microsoft Teams?
If you encounter a problem in the Teams client, we recommend you take a screenshot of it as it is occurring. This will help us further diagnose the issue and report it to Microsoft if necessary. This applies to all Teams clients, including desktop, mobile, and web.
Once you have your screenshot, visit the UTD Teams Report a Problem form. A member of our Microsoft 365 support team will be in touch with you soon to collect additional information and troubleshoot as necessary.
