Teams Voice: Requesting International Calling

Problem

How do I request access to Internationally Calling for Teams Voice?

Solution

  • Open the Service Catalog.
  • Select General Request / Help.
  • In the Subject field, enter 'Request International Calling for Teams Voice.'
  • In the Description field, enters the NetID of the user you are requesting the International Calling for. Also, include your supervisor's name in the Additional Contacts Field so they will be notified of the request.
  • Select Request.

You will receive a resolution email when the request is completed.

 

Note: International Calling is only available to users with a valid Teams Voice license.
