Teams Voice: Requesting International Calling

Problem

How do I request access to Internationally Calling for Teams Voice?

Solution

  • Open the Teams Voice - Individual Service Catalog.
  • On the right, select General Request / Help.
  • In the Subject field, enter 'Request International Calling for Teams Voice.'
  • In the Description field, enter the NetID of the user you are requesting the International Calling for. Also, include your supervisor's name in the Additional Contacts Field so they will be notified of the request.
  • Select Request.

You will receive a resolution email when the request is completed. 

 

Note: Any Student Worker needing this access require Full-time Staff or Faculty sponsorship.

 

Note: International Calling is only available to users with a valid Teams Voice license.
