Teams Voice, part of Microsoft Teams, replaces the traditional VOIP phone system on the UTD Campus. It allows users to make and receive calls using their UTD phone numbers from mobile devices, computers, and the web, whether on campus or working remotely. This unified platform enhances collaboration and communication, offering flexibility and maintaining professional communication channels.

Can a user be assigned more than one phone number in Teams Voice?
No, users can only be assigned one UTD phone number in Teams Voice.
However, Users can be added as agents on multiple call queues for department main lines so they can answer incoming department calls for multiple department call queues.
