Room Reservation System (Robin)

What Is It?

The Room Reservation System allows faculty, staff, and student employees to reserve a desk or office (sometimes called hoteling). This system is only available for departments who have setup workspaces with OIT.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Consultations are available to faculty and staff who are interested in adding Robin to their department.

Where Can I Get It?

Authorized users can access the system here.

How Much Does It Cost?

This system will be billed back to departments at a cost per desk added to the system. Billing is once a year with auto-renewal (must email OIT before the renewal date to remove dept. from Robin).
