Launch
the desktop version of
Outlook
.
Open
the
email
you want to translate.
Click on the
Apps icon
and search for "Translator for Outlook".
Click on
Translator for Outlook
and
add
it to your Outlook.
Under the "Translator" section, select the
language
you want the messages to be translated into.
Once your settings are done, click on the
Translate to [your language preference]
.
Your email will be translated to the language set as per your preferences.
