Microsoft Teams Meeting Options Page Not Displaying / Loading

Troubleshoot

After clicking Meeting Options in Teams, there is a blank page or an error. There are a few troubleshooting steps to try if you are facing the issue above:

  • Ensure you are using Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.
  • Try opening a new tab in your browser, entering teams.utdallas.edu, logging in, and then returning to your "Meeting Options" tab and refreshing the page.
  • Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and try again.
  • If none of these options work, try installing or re-installing Google Chrome, then try opening your "Meeting Options" link there.
  • If needed, you can also open the Meeting options in the Teams meeting itself by joining the meeting, selecting More options icon (...) > Meeting options.
