Microsoft Teams Meeting Options Page Not Displaying / Loading

If you encounter a blank page or an error after clicking "Meeting Options" in Teams, here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:

  • Ensure you are using Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, as Internet Explorer is not supported.
  • Try opening a new tab in your browser, entering teams.utdallas.edu, logging in, and then returning to your "Meeting Options" tab and refreshing the page.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again.
  • If none of the above work, try installing or reinstalling Google Chrome and open the "Meeting Options" link there.
    • If needed, you can also open the Meeting options in the Teams meeting itself by joining the meeting, selecting the More options icon (...) > Meeting options.
