Stream (On SharePoint) Analytics

Purpose

Stream (on SharePoint) has many amazing features built into it- one of those features is analytics for video and sites. Which allows you to track video views, traffic to your video site, and much more.

Detailed Resolution

View Analytics on a Specific Video

  • Find the video either in your OneDrive or in SharePoint.

  • Click the three dots to the right of the video title and select Details

  • Once the details window pops up on the right side of the screen, click Views to see a graph of weekly views of the video.

     

View Analytics on a Whole SharePoint Site

  • Select the SharePoint site, then go to the home page.
     

 

  • Click on Analytics

  • On the Right side of the screen, a Page Analytics window will appear. It displays the different types of analytics that are provided in 7, 30, or 90-day increments.
