What Is It?

Teams enabled conference rooms are equipped with specialized conferencing equipment that can handle traditional voice communication as available options for video conferencing.

Mobile Teams Conference System

For rooms which aren't permanently equipped with conferencing equipment, OIT offers a mobile Teams conferencing system that can be set up on a temporary basis to support Teams meetings. The system is available throughout campus but requires AC power and Ethernet, and is limited by availability and the accessibility of the meeting space. OIT personnel will deliver, set up, and take down the system, but there will need to be adequate time in the room schedule to accommodate setup.
