This article pertains to users who receive the following error when logging into a UTD-owned Windows computer: "The security database on the server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship".
Details
This error does not indicate any problem with your UTD account or credentials; it is an issue with the computer itself and will need to be fixed by the local tech group that manages the computer. If you receive this error, please contact the OIT Service Desk and provide the asset number of the computer so we can escalate a ticket to the proper tech group.
