Explanation

This error does not indicate any problem with your UTD account or credentials; it is an issue with the computer itself and will need to be fixed by the Local Tech group that manages the computer. 

Common Reasons

Common reasons for this message are due to:

  • An unplugged Ethernet cable.
  • Wireless connection to CometNet has been disconnected.
  • Device dropping-off the domain due to not being used for a long period of time.
