Searching for New Teams

To search for Microsoft Teams on your desktop, follow these steps:

  • Click on the Start button (Windows icon) at the bottom-left corner of your screen.
  • Type “Microsoft Teams” in the search bar.
  • Select the Microsoft Teams app from the search results to open it.

To search for Microsoft Teams from your Taskbar, follow these steps:

  • Click on the Search icon (magnifying glass) on the taskbar.
  • Type “Microsoft Teams” in the search box.
  • Select the Microsoft Teams app from the search results to open it.

Pin New Teams to Taskbar

  • From the Start Windows logo Start button menu or apps list, press and hold (or right-click) an app.
  • Then select More Pin to taskbar Pin-shaped Pin icon.

Sign out of New Teams

  • Open the Microsoft Teams application.
  • Go to the top-right corner & click your profile picture/ initials.
  • Select “Sign Out” from the drop-down menu.
