Schedule Teams Meeting

Context 

Teams meetings can be scheduled directly from the Teams calendar, but they can also be scheduled from New Outlook if needed. See below the two methods for scheduling a Teams meeting in Outlook.

Via New Mail

  • Open the Outlook app from your desktop. 
  • Select the Home tab and click on the New Mail drop-down
  • Click on Event

  • Add the Meeting Title, Email of the recipients, Start time and End time
  • Click Send

Via New Event 

  • Open the Outlook app from your desktop. 
  • Select the  Calendar icon > Home tab and click on the New Eventdrop-down
  • Click on Event

  • Click Send
