How to Download Your Teams Meeting Attendance

Purpose

Meeting organizers can view and download a meeting attendance report to save a record of who attended the meeting.

During your meeting, click on the Participants icon.
- Remember, you must be the organizer of the meeting.

This will download a .CSV file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel.
The report will include records of anyone who had joined the meeting and provide a time stamp of when they joined.

Note: Please check your device’s Downloads folder to find the report.

After the event, you will still have access to your chat box.
Select the three horizontal lines shown by the arrow in the upper right-hand corner.

Expand the Live event resources from the pop-up screen and select the Attendee engagement report to download.

Note: If you can’t find this report, check in your device’s Downloads folder.
