How to Download Your Teams Meeting Attendance

Purpose

Meeting organizers can view and download a meeting attendance report to save a record of who attended the meeting.

Procedure

Regular Teams Meeting

  • During your meeting, click on the Participants icon.
    • Remember, you must be the organizer of the meeting.

  • Follow the arrow below and select the Download attendance list.

  • This will download a .CSV file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel.
  • The report will include records of anyone who had joined the meeting and provide a time stamp of when they joined.
Note: Please check your device’s Downloads folder to find the report.

 

Teams Live Meeting

  • After the event, you will still have access to your chat box.
  • Select the three horizontal lines shown by the arrow in the upper right-hand corner.

  • Expand the Live event resources from the pop-up screen and select the Attendee engagement report to download.

  • This report will download as a .CSV file that can be opened in Excel.
Note: If you can’t find this report, check in your device’s Downloads folder.
