Remove Items from Outlook Calendar

Steps

Note: To retain the future date, deselect all options that would otherwise remove it. 
  •  Open Outlook.
  • Select the Calendar icon & click on the View tab.

  •  Click Change View & select List from the drop down.

  •  Click (highlight) on a calendar event you want to Delete.
    •   Press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select all events. 
  •  Right click on the selected event(s) & choose Delete from the context menu.
 Note: Ensure to only highlight events & or meetings you want to delete!
