Teams Classic Voice Delegate Setup

Purpose 

This article shows how to add a Teams Voice delegate - who can answer, and dial calls on your behalf. 

Process 

Mac & Windows 

  1. Select the three dots ... next to the profile icon on the top-right of the screen and select Settings.

  1. In the menu on the left, choose Calls. 

 

  1. Scroll down to Manage Delegates subheading.

  2. Under Add a delegate, you may type in the names of your delegates.

  3. Once you have added them, you can check the boxes to adjust the settings.
