Teams Classic Voice Delegate Setup

This article shows how to add a Teams Voice delegate - who can answer and dial calls on your behalf.

Mac & Windows

1. ​​​​Select the three dots ... next to the profile icon on the top-right of the screen and select Settings.

2. In the General menu, scroll to the bottom and choose Manage delegates.

3. In the "Your delegates" tab, search for and add your delegate(s). Once done, select Back to settings.

4. In the Calls menu, click the drop-down and choose My delegates under the Also ring.
