Access / License for Microsoft Bookings

Purpose 

This article provides information on who has access/license to use Microsoft Bookings.

Explanation 

Set up Microsoft Bookings through this link, and set up a bookings calendar.

  • Faculty and staff have access by default and can manage, access, and edit bookings pages accordingly.
  • TAs, RAs, and Student Workers can get access if requested by their supervisor submitting a ticket with the Help Desk
    • The ticket will go to the M365 Team for review.
  • Students do not have access to Microsoft Bookings.
