What is Bookings?

  • Microsoft Bookings is a Microsoft 365 app that makes scheduling and managing appointments easy.
  • Bookings allow Automated notification emails that reduce no-shows, and help organizations save time by reducing repetitive scheduling tasks.
  • With the help of Bookings, you can efficiently conduct virtual appointments via Microsoft Teams and manage day-to-day scheduling via the app in Teams. 
  • It also helps users to discover and organize the information that is most likely to interest them.
Note: Bookings is available for faculty and staff only. TAs, RAs, and student workers can be added to a Bookings calendar but cannot access the booking service to edit appointments or change settings.

How to Access Bookings

  1. Go to Office.com.
  2. Click on the App Launcher icon at the top left corner.

  1. Under the Apps tab, click on the Bookings icon.

  1. If you're unable to see Bookings, select All Apps. You can now search for "Bookings" in the search field box and click on the Bookings application.

  1. You will now be redirected to the Bookings page, where you can set-up your Bookings.
