What is Bookings?
- Microsoft Bookings is a Microsoft 365 app that makes scheduling and managing appointments easy.
- Bookings allow Automated notification emails that reduce no-shows, and help organizations save time by reducing repetitive scheduling tasks.
- With the help of Bookings, you can efficiently conduct virtual appointments via Microsoft Teams and manage day-to-day scheduling via the app in Teams.
- It also helps users to discover and organize the information that is most likely to interest them.
Note: Bookings is available for faculty and staff only. TAs, RAs, and student workers can be added to a Bookings calendar but cannot access the booking service to edit appointments or change settings.
How to Access Bookings
- Go to Office.com.
- Click on the App Launcher icon at the top left corner.

- Under the Apps tab, click on the Bookings icon.

- If you're unable to see Bookings, select All Apps. You can now search for "Bookings" in the search field box and click on the Bookings application.

- You will now be redirected to the Bookings page, where you can set-up your Bookings.
