The user has requested in-person support for M365 applications or online troubleshooting that has not solved the issue.

Need Help With M365 Products One on One?

The Techknowledgy Bar now has M365 consultation by appointment for services, including all the M365 applications, you name it! We offer support based on Teams and Non-Teams specific issues. General walk-up questions or technical troubleshooting do not require appointments.

We offer walk-up support on weekdays from 7 AM - 11 PM and on weekends from 9 AM-11 PM.

Note: Consultation requests need to be made 24 hours in advance.

How Can I Get M365 Consultations?

  • Make an appointment through our Tech Bar Bookings Page.
  • Visit Techknowledgy Bar located on the first floor in the Student Union at the day and time listed in your email confirmation.
  • If it is an issue you are facing on your device, we ask you to either bring it along with you or mention more details if you cannot while creating the booking itself.
