Need Help With M365 Products One on One?

  • The Techknowledgy Bar now has M365 consultation by appointment for services, including all the M365 applications, you name it! We offer support based on M365 applications. General walk-up questions or technical troubleshooting do not require appointments. 

  • We offer walk-up support on weekdays from 7 AM - 11 PM and on weekends from 9 AM-11 PM.

How Can I Get M365 Consultations?

  • Request assistance through our service page by selecting the green "General Help" button on the right.
  • Join the scheduled Teams meeting or visit Techknowledgy Bar located on the first floor in the Student Union at the day and time listed in your email confirmation.
  • If it is an issue you are facing on your device, we ask you to either bring it along with you or mention more details if you cannot while creating the booking itself.
