Setup Your Microsoft 365 Email on Outlook (Mac)

Purpose

This article provides the steps needed to setup Microsoft 365 email on your Mac device.

Note: Only Microsoft 365 and Office 2019 versions of Outlook are supported on Mac.

Procedure

  • If you have used Outlook before or have another account, select Outlook > Settings  > Accounts > Plus sign (+).
    • Otherwise, you will automatically be promoted for an email address.

  • Enter your email address (NetID@utdallas.edu) and select Continue.

  • Enter your NetID password and select Sign in.

  • Authenticate with Duo.

  • Select Done.
