What Is It?

Microsoft Bookings makes scheduling and managing appointments easy. It allows for users to schedule 1:1 or many:1 meetings, training, and office hours appointments and is a part of the Microsoft 365 suite. You can use the service offering links on this page to request access, help or deletion of a Bookings calendar.

Notice: Bookings is not intended for use in managing conference rooms or equipment.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Bookings is available for faculty and staff only. TAs, RAs, and student workers can be added to a Bookings calendar but cannot access the booking service to edit appointments or change settings.

You can access this service at Office.com/bookings.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no cost for this service at this time.
