Details

Microsoft is retiring Classic Teams at the end of March 2024 in place of New Teams. The New Teams has been rebuilt from the ground up with a performance-first mindset. It offers quicker load times, seamless switching between apps, and improved responsiveness. OIT will migrate the campus to New Teams on Wednesday, March 20, and can take up to 24 hours to reflect the change. Classic Teams will be automatically uninstalled a short period after the switch.
