Human Capital Management (HCM) is dedicated to supporting the core business needs of the University through the development, use, and maintenance of enterprise information systems, and to providing the integrated exchange of data with internal and external stakeholders.
UT Dallas uses an applicant tracking system, PeopleAdmin 7 (PA7), to prepare and post positions, gather applications, track recruiting, and track hiring actions. PA7 is supported by the Office of Human Resources.
