Synchronize Outlook Time Zones (Desktop)

Objective

This article walks users through the steps needed to synchronize and adjust time zones in Outlook and Desktop.

Steps

Adjusting in Outlook

  1. Open the Outlook application and click on the Gear icon in the top right corner.

  1. Select the Calendar button present on the left panel.

  1. You can now scroll down to the Time zone section.
  2. Using the drop-down present in the Time zone field, select your current time zone from the list.

Adjusting in Desktop

  1. Open Settings using the Windows search bar.
  2. Select the Time and Language icon from the list of settings.

  1. Using the Set time automatically option, you can now allow the system to set the time zone automatically based on your location.
  2. You can also set the time zone manually by using the drop-down present in the Time zone field, select your current time zone from the list.
