How to View and Delete Files from Microsoft OneDrive

Objective

This article walks users through the steps needed to view and delete files from Microsoft OneDrive.

Steps

  1. Login to Office.com
  2. Click on the App Launcher on the left panel of the home page.
  3. Select OneDrive from the apps listed.

  1. You can now view all your files in the My Files section on the left panel and you can also view your recent files under Recent tab.

  1. To delete the files, click on the three dot icon (...) next to the files that you would like to delete and select Delete from the options.

  1. You can also delete by selecting the files you would like to delete using the checking box to the right of the file and then select the Delete option in the top panel.
