Services (9)

HPC Services

HPC Facilitation Services provide personalized support to help researchers make the most of HPC resources. We offer pre-account consultations, new user orientations, code porting assistance, and guidance on parallel programming—ensuring a smooth experience from first login to research outcomes.

Juno HPC System

Juno is UTD's flagship high performance computing cluster available to the UTD community for research computing workloads. Learn more at https://hpc.utdallas.edu/.

Ganymede 2 HPC System

Ganymede UTD's high performance computing "condo" cluster. Faculty can buy nodes for Ganymede 2 for their priority use but other users can also use the cluster. Learn more at https://hpc.utdallas.edu/.

Ganymede

Ganymede is one UTD's three high performance computing clusters. Learn more at https://hpc.utdallas.edu.

HPC Storage

HPC storage is automatically provisioned as part of a Juno, Ganymede 2 or Ganymede HPC systems account. Request a new storage allocation or increase in allocation on HPC systems here.

Consultation on Acquiring Hardware

Thinking about acquiring computing and storage hardware for research? The HPC team can tell you about available high performance computing options available to UTD faculty, and help you choose sustainable options that meet your needs.

Consultation on New Research Computing Initiatives

Broad consultation and guidance for faculty, departments, centers and schools considering new research computing initiatives.

Research Data Storage

Research data storage at UTD is the organization, documentation, storage, and preservation of data resulting from the research process, where data can be broadly defined as the outcome of research, experiments or observations that validate assumptions, claims, and/or findings.

Data Management & Technology Control Plan

Data Management and Technology Control Plans are used to document polices, processes, and controls required in the execution of research projects.
