Installing Teams on Your Device (Desktop / Mobile)

Purpose

This article is helpful for installing teams on your Mac/PC/Android/iOS/ other mobile devices. 

Installing Teams for Mac/PC

Teams download screen with a button to download the application.

  • After Teams has been downloaded, run the application and sign in with your NetID@utdallas.edu and UT Dallas password.

  • You will need to authenticate using Duo.
    • If you have not set up Duo, please visit netid.utdallas.edu and setup Duo under the Manage or Enroll in Duo section.
  • After you have authenticated, you will be signed into Teams.
  • You can also download the Teams Desktop app/Mobile app by signing into Teams online and select Download the Desktop app/Mobile app from your user Settings menu.

  •  You can also download the Teams Mobile app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
