Purpose
This article explains how to change audio devices on your Mac/PC or smart phone.
Explanation
Mac/PC
- Click on the three dots (...) beside your user Icon in the top right corner of the Teams application window.
- Go to Settings.

- Choose Devices.
- Under Audio devices, choose your preferred communication device from the drop-down.

Note: If you are using a University provided wired headset, choose the model of the headset. If you are using a University provided wireless headset, choose BT600 (that is the name of the dongle that came with the headset).
Smart Phone
- Click on the three parallel line icon on the top left corner of the Teams application window.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Devices.
- Under Audio devices, choose your preferred communication device from the drop-down.
Note: If you are using a University provided wireless headset, choose the model of the headset.
