Note: If you are using Outlook Legacy (or Classic Outlook) click here.
  • Open New Outlook.
  • In the lower left corner of the Folder Pane (list), click Shared with Me.

  • Select the ... three ellipses to the right Add shared folder or mailbox.  
    • A new window will prompt you to enter the name or email address of the user who has shared folders/ mailbox with you

  • Make sure the correct account (UTD email) is highlighted. Click Add.

  • Navigate back to Shared with me to locate the shared folder or mailbox.​​​​​​​
